What we collect

When you submit the contact form or the free SEO audit form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and website URL. Submitting either form is voluntary. We do not collect any information passively beyond standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider.

How we use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a project moves forward, to communicate about that work. Information submitted through the SEO audit form is used to run the automated audit, send you the results, and follow up if you are interested in a full manual audit. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit agreement.

Third-party services

This site uses Formspree to process form submissions and deliver notifications. Formspree receives the data you enter into our forms and is subject to its own privacy policy. This site is hosted on Vercel, which may retain standard server logs. No other third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts are loaded on this site.

Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the site, or if required by law.

Data retention

Contact and audit form submissions are retained in Formspree for as long as the account is active, or until you request deletion. If a project engagement moves forward, relevant communication may be retained for the duration of the working relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted through this site. To make a request, email ryannc.mota@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
