WEB DESIGN AND SEO, IN THE RIGHT ORDER.

Most owners arrive with one of three problems. People visit and don't call. Nobody finds you on Google or Maps. Or search already brings in some calls and you want more. Each has one fix and one published price. This page tells you which one comes first, because most of the money wasted on this stuff is spent in the wrong order, not on the wrong service.

The expensive mistake isn't picking the wrong service. It's buying a good one at the wrong time, from someone who had no reason to tell you it was early.

I've watched a business pay for six months of local SEO while its site took nine seconds to load on a phone. The rankings moved. The calls didn't, because nobody waited around to make one. That money wasn't wasted on local SEO. It was wasted on local SEO bought third when it should have been bought second, behind a site that could actually hold a visitor.

The reverse happens just as often. A beautiful new build ships, everyone's pleased, and six weeks later the owner is quietly wondering why the phone is doing exactly what it did before. A site doesn't generate demand. It converts demand that something else went and found. If nothing is finding it, the build was the second half of a job whose first half never happened.

WHICH ONE YOU NEED FIRST

Three situations cover almost everyone who gets in touch. Find the one that sounds like yours and start there, whether or not you start it with me.

  • People find you, then don't call. That's a site problem, so start with web design. Check your own analytics first: if traffic is steady and the phone isn't, the finding part is working and the convincing part isn't.
  • Nobody finds you, on Google, on Maps, or in AI answers. Start with the Search Fix. The tell is that you rank for your own business name and nothing else. Usually the cause is structural, your profile and listings are doing less than you think, and that's why publishing more hasn't helped.
  • You've spent money on search and can't tell what it did. Start with the SEO Roadmap. Your Search Console account already holds sixteen months of evidence about what Google tried to show people and how that went. Reading it costs $750 and takes a week. Guessing costs more and takes longer.

If two of those sound like you, that's normal. Fix the site first if people can't act on it, then fix how they find it. If none of them sound like you, the free audit will tell us which it is in under a minute. Every price is published on the pricing page, so you can rule things out before you ever speak to me.

WEB DESIGN

SITES BUILT TO LOOK SHARP AND SELL THE NEXT STEP

A website converts demand. It doesn't create any. That's why this usually sits second in an engagement rather than first, and I'll tell you so even when a rebuild is the thing you arrived wanting to buy.

Where it does go first: when traffic is already arriving and leaving again. Then the build pays for itself straight away, because you aren't waiting on rankings to find out whether it worked. $1,000 to $2,000 once, live in 5 to 7 days, and every call and form fill is tracked from launch day, so you can count the difference instead of guessing at it.

THE SEARCH FIX · MAPS

MAKE YOUR LOCATION SIGNALS EASIER TO TRUST

If people nearby search for what you do and your competitor shows up on the map instead of you, this is the half that fixes it. It can work while your website is bad. It just won't work as well, because your profile points at a page, and a slow or vague page quietly weakens the profile attached to it.

When the site does hold up, this is usually the fastest route to more calls, because someone searching on Maps is already reaching for the phone. Profile, service area, listings, reviews. First movement typically lands in 4 to 8 weeks, which is faster than organic and slower than anyone selling it wants to say. It ships with the Google half below, in one $500 project.

THE SEARCH FIX · GOOGLE

FIX THE SEARCH FOUNDATION UNDER THE SITE

If your site looks fine and still never shows up past your own business name, this is the half that fixes it. Crawlability, targeting, structure, internal links, and whether ChatGPT and Google's AI answers can read you at all. The things nobody notices until a page nobody can find turns out to have been unfindable by design.

It's the slower half to show its work. Thirty to sixty days before ranking movement is normal, and a promise of faster is a promise about something else. If you've already published plenty and none of it landed, this is almost always the reason. Same $500 project as the Maps half, and the 30-day report counts calls and form fills alongside positions.

HOW THE GOOGLE HALF WORKS
Every 100 webpages on the web Ahrefs, 2024

4 earn traffic 96 earn none

96% of webpages receive zero traffic from Google (Ahrefs, 2024). These are structural problems rather than content problems, and every one of them is fixable.

SEO ROADMAP

STOP GUESSING AT WHAT TO FIX AND PUBLISH NEXT

For when search already brings in some calls and you want more of them, or you've spent money on it and can't tell what worked. It's the only one that reads your own data instead of your public pages, and it's priced so you can see the plan without committing to it.

Read-only access to your Search Console, then six signal checks across sixteen months of queries people really typed to find you, plus a crawl of every page against Google's own index verdict. Out comes a ranked 90-day plan. $750, five to seven business days, and the roadmap is yours whether or not I'm the one who works through it.
